Terms of service

uptime mongers is a simple service, so the terms are short on purpose. The following applies:

  • uptime mongers is a monitoring service provided by Miazine Systems, a sole proprietorship owned by Kirill Miazine.
  • The service is provided on a best-effort basis, without any explicit warranties or promises. It may go down or be prevented from executing checks due to networking issues; restoring service is a high priority.
  • The service is provided in the hope that it will be useful and improve reliability, but it must not be relied upon as the sole monitoring system for anything critical.
  • The service features and functionality may change without notice, although breaking changes will be avoided as much as possible.
  • Some parts of the service depend on third parties (ntfy.sh push alerts, Tor connections, Mullvad exit nodes). These third-party services may be inaccessible even when uptime mongers itself is up.
  • You may only use the service for lawful purposes and to monitor authorised targets.
  • You must not abuse the service to affect uptime mongers itself or other systems or services.
  • No claims may be made due to errors or malfunctions in the service. Aggregate annual liability is limited to the yearly subscription fee for the affected check.
  • Norwegian law and Norwegian courts have exclusive jurisdiction in all matters related to uptime mongers.

Refund policy

Full refunds may be requested within 14 days of payment.
